I've just re-joined the AWDC (AllWheel Drive Club) to try some trials too... I don't think they do punch hunts though?
I did say to Martin that we could have a BigJimny meet and a punch-hunt at Hawkstone Park Follies? It's near Shrewsbury though, so may be too far for the southerners (in a Jimny)...

Right at the top of Cumbria, a bit west of Carlisle. I think theres North Lakes 4x4 club, but not much otherwise?

Have you done cane trials before? Personally I think they are a better test of driver skill.

That's a shame, my club is involved in trials and punch hunts but Kent/Sussex would be a long trip. :laugh:

Just a bit! Ive got a trip down to near Warwick coming soon and thats far enough in a Jimny

That speaks to a lack of stamina, I have done the north coast 500 in a day in mine. But I am a bit weird as i can't drive it far enough.
