I suggest manufacturing guards for the radius arms to chassis mounts, and also guards for the bottoms of rear shock absorbers. Those are small items and easy to make. Several aftermarket "models" exist out there, but they are all rather expensive in my opinion.

The first guards which I mentioned should be designed to allow mud and grit to drain out of them easily.

Also, a transfer box guard should also be relatively simple to make (possibly in two editions - light duty and heavy duty), and should be a lot cheaper than the existing aftermarket solutions out there.

Dave, I'd like someone to produce real HD steelwork for the axle, ie cut off the existing thin steel that connects the radius arm and panhard rod to axle, and get some proper thick steel in there!!! All laser cut and ready to weld on. I think as Jimny's get older, there will be more of a requirement from people like me.
