Hi all went to change my diff oils today the drain ones can be undone no issues but both filler plugs are stuck tight can't budge at all is welding a nut/bolt the best option and where will I get new ones as they are out of stock on big Jimny?

One of mine wouldn't come out the other day whilst fitting a 'new' rear axle... 30 seconds of heat from a blow torch and then grabbed it with a pair if mole-grips and it came straight out...

Are you using a 10mm square drive as the 3/8 is too small?

Yeah 10mm bit won't budge bottom ones are loose but not the top

Big Mole Grips round the outside and a tap with a hammer. That's the only way I found works but as Dave says, a bit of heat helps.
I've had nuts welded to mine to solve this problem now.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

There is a nylon washer underneath the flange as a seal, so be careful with the heat.
I tapped mine round with a chisel then did this:
