Complete waste of money, I had a demo of both the diesel and petrol machines when I was thinking about buying the machines and it made no difference to either car and didn't feel any different driving them, the emissions were no cleaner when we did a before and after test using the mot emissions machine.
Just give the car a wash because they always seem to run smother and quiter after you've washed and hovered them out

If you really feel you must clean the inside of your engine, do it yourself with a water mister.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

It is like all the other miracle fluids.
If your engine is all coked and gunked up from very short journeys, then these miracle cures (which usually involve a solvent additive like methanol and running the engine for an hour to get really really hot and burn the carbon out of the catalyst) make a big difference.
If your engine is in good condition, used for long trips at working temperature, new plugs etc. the difference is very slight if anything.
