I am following this with interest as mine also has a rattle somewhere between the screen and the
glovebox. Its not constant but if i hit a pot hole it starts it off and will rattle for the next 10 mins or so. :blink:
In my mind it sound like a small Lego brick floating around in the screen demist vent.

When I found this little rattle on this cover it didn't sound like it was coming from that direction

I had an annoying rattle behind the Dash for ages, couldn't locate it anywhere ..... since I changed the double din head unit the rattle has gone ????? happy as larry
