Looking at putting front leather seats in the Jimny when she's ready for the road, anyone ever fitted alternative seats from a different car? I'm sure I could make anything fit but I'm wanting something that looks like it was there when it left the factory so any info from people who have already done so would be much appreciated. Cheers

The most popular choice on here (me included) are recaro seats from an Ignis Sport.

You use the original Jimny seat frames and pinch the cushions from the recaro frames. There is one small mod needed and they fit straight in and looks OEM I reckon!

Ignis Sport seats are really comfortable, my mate has a Ignis Sport and the seats were the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in in a car! If I could find some locally, I would almost certainly put a set in.

I joined the Ignis sport Facebook group and paid about £80 plus £25 to courier them IIRC

Could be worth a look!

There was a bigjimny member who fitted red and black rx8 seats, the best swap in my opinion
