Number plate bulb replacement - how to? was created by Brucester
Probably straight forward but my hands went numb yesterday trying to figure out how to change the bulbs in the number plate fittings. Any ideas much appreciated.

As Daniel says, just a simple twist but they are always ridiculously stiff and slightly awkward to grip! Maybe try very gently with some water pump pliers.

Ah thanks peeps, so i was trying the right way then, just a bit stiff i suppose so will try your suggestions. I assume it's just the clear plastic dome that twists off and presumably it's anti-clockwise? I'll be putting LED's in so wont need to take them off again with any luck.

Test them before you put the covers back on I find some of the led's connection are a bit iffy
