currently on the list of things i want to purchase for my jimny is a light bar, has anyone got any recommendations?

i have been looking at the led 24inch light bars on ebay for £40.00 and read reviews on them and they don't seem that bad considering a branded one would cost up to £300.00 roughly. just wondering if anyone may have purchased one and what are there thoughts? im currently thinking of mounting it onto the roof, by just drilling two holes either side and nuts and washers to secure it on, using black silicone to prevent any water coming through.

anyone have any pics of there light setup and pics of mounting?

look forward to seeing your opinions and replies!

hey... these are a few of our local Jimnys... I'm in Jamaica.. they are all the generic ebay stuff, 42", 300w. They are ridiculously bright.. after seeing these perform for hours, in the rain and heat - i cannot justify spending more

what everyone has chose to do is - build custom brackets and bolt em to the existing roof rail bolts....

if you look closely to the last picture, you can see the bracket bolted to the underside of the roof rail.. no roof drilling here :silly:
