I would remove the lights and all bulbs, rinse them out with warm soapy water and dry them out with a hairdryer or in an airing cupboard. Bit of a pain to remove

They are sealed units.
I wonder if they would survive a pressure washer lance being stuck in the hole to loosen it all up after a good soak with warm water?
Then I wonder if they would be OK in a dishwasher?
I'm just thinking that on a lower heat, like 50'c they might steam themselves out a bit and mostly dry out?
Then leave them in the sun or when you have finished cooking in the oven and it's cooling down, when it's mostly cooled down, stick them in the oven to evaporate the last bit of heat out. It must be the very last bit of heat though or you'll split them open.
Now these are ideas! I'm not saying any of them will work and I'm not saying that they will not damage them beyond repair or not leave a sticky mess of molten plastic in tour dishwasher or oven!
There - Disclaimer sorted. Don't cry to me when you need 2 new headlamps, a new dishwasher and a new oven!
