Jimny - No plastic trim was created by JackBell
Hello,
So I just bought my first Jimny a couple of weeks ago and already have a few ideas on how I want to modify it.
So one of my ideas is to extend the wheel arches and I really lime the look of the defender wheel arches and I have seen them on a few jimnys and I dont think they look bad, but I havent seen a jimny with any plastic trim or skirt.
So my question is does anyone not have the trim on or does anyone on have pictures.
Thanks alot

I only have the trim on the doors . Your plastic bodywork is stuck to the car with plastic clips in square holes, if you remove the plastic arches and door panels / sills, then the car looks like Swiss cheese.....
I have Bushwacker arches that cover up the holes left from the arch panels, and used 'fir tree clips' to fill in the holes on the sills. I've left the door panels on for now as there are a further 11 holes to fill in the bottom if the door...
So basically .... Leave it all on, until such time you rip it all off... Then fill holes with fir tree clips

Thanks man, really appreciate it. Going to respray my jimny anway as its been scratch up quite bad. So I would fill the holes so they wouldnt really be a problem.
Do you have a couple of pictures, mainly of you wheel archs?
Thanks again
