Massive difference between Muds and A/Ts that its hard to compare them. But wet grass can be anyones worst nightmare no matter what tyre you are running its just slippery.

You will find the Muds will leave less of a mess in the paddocks as you wont have to be trying to find traction all the time

Thank you all, confirms my thoughts then! Interesting that wet grass is a bugger regardless of the tyre choice!

Some of the muddy parts there- especially the gateways between fields looked bloody challenging too- I wasn't brave enough to try those on my own!

I think I'll try and get the KM2s as soon as I can afford to and keep the grabbers in reserve for the snow as know they're better than the muds there.

I wouldn't say that the grabbers are much better in the snow than the KM2's so if the grabbers have good tread I'd sell them to recoup some of the money for the KM2's back.

I did the 2 sets of tyres thing and found that you don't change them as it's a hassle.

No matter what M/T tyres you go for, get them siped. Makes them much better in the snow.
I'd still get the KM2, siped :)

Sounds sensible Kirkynut- I'll set them as a set with the wheels as fancy some new modulars with a better offset.
That's a good idea Tom, do places do that then? I hadn't heard of it before so looked on Google :)
