hi im ordering the lock right diff for the rear of my jimny tonight just wondered is it a huge job to fit? or is it challenging to build up the internals? thanks in advance

just ordered a diff and new outer oil seals... new shoes is next.. what id the collared sleeve thing you got for diff rebuilds should i have ordered one of them?

No, no need for a crush collar as the pinion doesn't need to come out... it's "only" the internals of the diff carrier you're changing...
I haven't got a Jimny diff guide, but here's a Vitara one -

hi i got the locking diff built today wasnt as much of a grueling task as i imagined
have yet done a road test but seems good all together and back in the axle ... should i be expecting it to make any clickimg sounds or anything?... i watched some video and some click...??? just so i know its normal haha
