An Alarm, a headache and some new audio gear

I recently got a Viper 3100 system installed into my car. Remote unlocking, alarm, sensors on doors etc. I put in a relay and have it hooked up to my air horn and beeper too. I got an engine check light the other day. I figured it was probably fuel too lean or rich or emissions sensor playing up. Im running a 1.8 and am still smoothing over some of the issues. Either way, the best way I know of (since I dont own a code scanner) is to disconnect battery and reconnect. If the engine lights still there, then theres a problem, if not, it's nothing major.

ANYWAY. I hooked up the battery again and the siren, air horn and beeper all went off with my head some 30cm from each. Still waiting for my hearing to come back.

I've also purchased some new sound equipment for my Jimny.
I currently have 6*9 JLs in the boot trim and 5.25 JLs in the front and an 8" Kicker Hideaway amp/sub under my seat

It seems in one of my many expeditions, the 150W sub has died so I've decided to upgrade!

On Friday I'll be fitting my Kicker 12" L7 Twin sub (3000W) which will be hooked up to a 2400W amp. I'm also fitting a 400W amp for my other speakers so that the speakers can perform at the same level as the sub.

Heres a pic of the sub im getting (drools)
