I have a pair of diffs from a 2006 jimny for sale these are 4.3 instead of 3.9 so should give a 10% reduction

Not sure on the vit swap but someone on here will know

Just out of interest what sort of money would you be looking for? I wouldn't mind doing this swap at some stage in the future... Do the newer diffs fit without modification?

I think the crown wheel is slightly bigger so you need to make a slight adjustment to the casing to get them in the front. The skit needs enlarging slightly. The shafts are all the same so no problems there.

Ok thanks for the advise , cheers for the offer on em 06 diffs to but think need bit more reduction getting a lock right fitted so thinking bout getting ring/pinion done at same time also running 31 10.50 15 special tracks remember seeing something bout Jimny auto diffs to , they lower ratio aswell?

Auto diffs are 4.1 so not as much reduction as vvt diffs
