Its tremend, displays tracks from iphone and charges it through the USB. Highly recommended

I wonder if the internals on these all come from the same few factories. I want to be able to plug my MP3 player in and if it charges it even better.

You just need a 3.5mm jack plug to play your MP3 player from it's headphone socket to the hole on the front of the head unit - that's how I play music off my phone to my Jimny's head unit.

You can see the lead hanging out of it in this piccie:

and I just pop my phone in the little cubbie between the stereo and the steering wheel. The lead I have is just the perfect length. They come in all lengths on ebay.

I prefer an SD card over USB, its a lot cleaner and less prone to damage than having a USB stick hanging out the dash. I have a double-DIN unit with both options but I don't use the front USB port.

Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
