use a PLASTIC (flexible) NOT a metal scraper and remove very carefully.
Once you have an edge up, it'll just be a case of inching the rest off.

Try a hairdryer first to soften the adhesive if they are the stick on type??

boil a kettle, let it stand 2 mins then pour over slowly and use plastic to lift and push
