Yes if you dont plan to go off road or over big pot holes. Otherwise expect some rubbage.

Hi,
I have recently been trying the same on my 2008 Standard Jimny, the 2006-2012 jimny has a problematic front bumper, meaning it is lower at the front to make room for the LOW FOG LAMPS and more curved, closer to the wheels than the previous model, they corrected it again on the 2013 face lift model. This can cause problems with tyres, even Mud tyres of the correct size!, someone on here fitted 215/70/15 winter tyres and they just fitted, I put on Malatesta Kobra 4x4 Offroad Tyre's size 205/70/15 and they rubbed on my mud guards, so had to remove the flaps, they are also very, very close to the front bumper on full lock, but seem ok, so 215/75/15 muds defiantly wont fit. without any kind of lift or alteration to the bumper. I also tried with Wheel Spacers, but made things worse., Hope this helps.
