Oz Day today and we're heading off to Gippsland, going to the Blue Rock Dam and the bush north of it. Fresh batteries in the camera so be prepared for picture overload
... or nothing if the camera stops working again. Does anyone know of a digital Panoramic Camera? I am looking for one.

We're baaaack. A pleasant 4 hour drive, sun shining and roofs off the Jimny. Travelled about 330 k's from Frankston to Blue Rock Dam then on to Yallourn where there is the biggest Brown Coal open cut in the World. Then back home again. Yallourn is where most of our power comes from, sufficient to last approx 30,000 years so I'm told.
Some pics...
Blue Rock Dam
Blue Rock Dam, level is quite low
My Jimny at the Dam
So that's why they call it the "Blue Rock Dam"
Not much going down the spillway
Driving into Yallourn, the whole valley is a Brown Coal Deposit
Power stations in the distance
Overlooking the valley, you can see the coal in mid distance
... and back home again!
