you may have broken something in the driveline.
only use 4wd if the wheels can spin ie lose traction.

i think maybe that happened cz my RPM was about 1200. cz i start my engine ,wait for 2 minutes and drive directly but the RPM was still little bit high. cz its written accelerator pedal is released. maybe the system doesn't work on higher RPM.not sure if that affect on using 4wd

Its been advised on here to not use 4wd on wet tarmac, there is still to much traction.

I am inclined to second that!
The thing about this 4WD system is that is is a regular system - old fashioned really - unlike many of today's 4x4s that have a central torque system. I will say right now that I never engaged four wheel drive on any of my LJ SJ, Vitaras or this Jimny on the move and avoid doing it if I can in my Mitsubishi. I might if I was slithering about and it was an emergency.

I have also had trouble shifting into 4wd whilst moving. I find it helps to depress the clutch, but the lever is still stiff. Without pulling the transfer box apart I have no idea what the solution is, but I'm guessing it's the dog clutch that engages the front driveshaft being stiff.
