It's a tricky one to answer because everyone's is different due to tyres etc.

See if you can find a truck in this thread with a similar height and tyres to yours - I know they don't all say what they are running but some have it in their signatures and others have a page in My Jimny telling you what they have done to their truck.

So you just have to have a bit of a read up unless anyone with the same size tyres as you and a simple lift with no body lift can help.

What size tyres are you running?

i'm needing the answer to the same question as i need to replace rear shocks. the answer appears to be remove a shock from bottom mount and measure at full extension and full compression. this measurement can be compared to new shocks supplied by martin at least. this will only give you the amount that the suspension is lifted by though. tyres and any body lift are not taken into account.

standard jimny - for now

The best way to mesure it is from the center of the wheel to the lip of the arch trim no matter what size tyre you have wether its flat or over inflated that distance stays the same

Bear in mind the arches have been trimmed on it. ( mud slutts)
