Well iv got some did as it said on the bottle and it worked its not 100% but its 90% better iv havnt driven it for over a week and the smoke on start up is reduced im gonna drive it next week and see how it goes

I always say if it is 95% working, it's working. lol

It sounds like a vast improvement regardless; I'm glad it's worked. I think for the best results it needs the motor to be run for a week or so if you can't do the required 2 hours in one go.

I had it ticking over for about 2 hours while working on another car but driving may help it more

Yes. I just put it in and carried on as normal; I didn't run it for any length of time at all really.
