Is it just me or is the blower motor crap. it takes forever to clear the bloody screen. the car does seem to steam up easily when left . cant see the heater matrix leaking or any coolant loss. Could it be the pollen filter blocked as I have not checked it. when the car is running the heater gets very hot and you have to turn it down. but when left for a short period the screens steam up inside but only when the weather is very cold.

Mine mists up but only as it's always full of muddy wet stuff. I've got a little dehumidifier bag thing from amazon and it helps a little, and I just crack the heaters right up when driving it to dry it out.
Mine only takes ages to dry out when cold, which is to be expected really, and doesn't take to much longer to warm up than any thing else I've had.

It could be something to do with how small the jimny is,mine steams up rediculously quickly!! If you dont have the heaters on it'll steam up in minutes, ive got wind deflectors so keep the windows open and the heater on low, seems to do the trick ;)

Ours mists up in minutes too however we have air conditioning so that dehumidifies it just as quickly. If not then Jonesyba is on it with the windows open a tad and the heater on low.

As others have said, the Jimjam does steam up quickly, however, the engine and thus the heater warm up quicker than any other car I've had. The blower motor its self I find to be really good too. So it clears the screen in good time.

As has been said, crack the window open an inch to let the moist air out and replace it with fresh air. Also, don't have the heater on re circulate.

My Ignis Sport is terrible too but doesn't warm up quite as quick. They're both small cars with lots of glass.

Come to think of it, the Mrs beemer ain't that good!

I used to have 4 silicon gel pack things from a refridgerated shipping container in my old car, never used to steam up they suck all the moisture up.

Just keep the windows slightly open and if you dont like the draft get some wind deflectors ;)

Being a window cleaner I also keep a small squeegy to hand as I find its the side windows that steam up the most.
