After a few laning trips youll start to care less and less about the paintwork, scratches go hand in hand with offroading.
I t-cut, polish and wax mine every few outings to get rid of the minor scratches.

Open a can of beer drink the half of it and put the can under the seat (just make shure it can't fall over).
Lighten up some cigarets and put the ashes and the half used cigarets also into the can of beer.
If you have a dog take a little bit of his poo, put some in a plastic bag, don't closed it too much and put this in the back of the Jimny.
Then put on a T-Shirt and wear it for a view day's when your going to work or go to the pub.
Make shure you sweat a lot in it. Put this in the front under the dashboard just there where the heating is.
Leave the car like this with the windows closed, i can assure you that after some day's your wife won't be so keen to steel it from you, and when this didn't work i suppose you better have a divorce because your wife has some strange preferences !

Fill the boot with a metal tool box full of tools, cover the back seat in muddy ropes and chains. The rattling and lack of anywhere to put her shopping will soon stop her stealing it.
Or remold mud tyres, noisy and very drift happy but she might crash it.
Or............buy her one to.
