Just read this for the first time. If I were you I'd not touch it but would contact Suzuki Customer Services Australia and explain the problem and all you've been through and how unhappy you are and that if you don't get it fixed or replaced at Suzukis expense under warranty you will start court action and that this is their last opportunity to resolve the matter.
I would do so by letter having phoned them for a name to send it to then a week after sending the letter by recorded delivery or whatever you have out there, I'd call that person by phone to Chase them up and have them send their response by letter.
I'm led to believe that manufacturer customer services are often different to deal with than obstanent dealers.

in australia, customers are generally treated like a pest, and are served as such, im a heavy diesel mechanic by trade, though i hate electrical. i have the entire wiring loom ready to go in now, so it will fix the problem.
i have spoken to suzuki hq, and let them know, as now the onus is on "me to find the problem" that i can only work on the car after hours and as such will be charging myself $300 an hour, and once im done thats what they will be invoiced for.
my employer has also weighed into the battle now so its all a bit of fun.
