what engine to fit to jimny ?

iv found a suzuki liana engine .. this one i got recomended to ? and seen link but what engine is that the gv engine ? i thought they where huge blocks .

right . i have fund a linia engine also 1.5 vvti sport engine . out of the two witch one will pritty much bolt in with out messing aka gear box and engine mounts if got to change looms over thats fine as can soon run engine loom on its own .. all thought id rather just bolt in and play . also if put the linia engine in will i need the ecu and imob and transponder for it to run or will it run off the jimny ecu or run like a bag of shit .. all the m15a and m16a look the same on pics so to know witch is witch is a mission . so all give me your vote as to witch i should take out the two if any and then if non il try find a grand vitara one if they are the one to go in also mine is the hard top if that helps atoll and 1999 reg sohc .. hard to know when every one says one and other says a other . long as its mostly nut and bolt job im happy . then every one els happy i shut up

Both the engines you are looking at are m series and will not suite your wiring or gearbox. You need a g series and even then will need an adapter plate for the gearbox as per ciders write up. Read it, look at the pictures and decide. Otherwise stick with your g13bb that is in now.
