I'm not actually too sure,mist basically a after market addition which replaces the last third of the exhaust with a louder wider one I guess, and I can't see that link/photo from ebay you have put up?

i thought they were just as you say a straight through silencer with a thin linner for a bit of deadening

If you want to know how lould it is with a cherry bomb on take the rear box off and go for a drive lol

This is my exhaust, but the is no space which is longer enoug to fit a cheery bomb in? How do jimny owners manage it?
