I was thinking about getting the ts 9500 as a friend has got one
and said its capable for heavy off roading.

Then why ask, if you already know what you want?
What is heavy offroading? Competition?
You ask for the best winch that will fit the mount.
The best winch would probably be the Warn 9.5XP, but that's around £1500 which I guess is too expensive.
Second best would be either Goodwinch TDS 9.5 or Superwinch Talon 9.5.
