i shall post pics of the engine i am having for now too . and would you be kind enough to tell me whether i would get some extra power and fuel efficiency in result of such swap .

I didnt get this part . would any body kindly elaborate as to i need those parts as new or the parts of old engine would work

If its a Baleno engine then you must use the 1.3 sump but you will need to cut the baffling a little to get clearance. The oil pick-up pipe will need to be modified to fit the 1.3 or you will need to cut and shut the 1.3 and 1.6 pipes. The GV engine is supposed to be a simpler swap but you may need to mdoify the sump if you don't have enough clearance to the diff.
You get a good boost in power and torque but it is not a straight swap, there are a few write-ups on the swap around the web. You need an adapter plate and you will need to modify/replace/move one engine mount.

The GV engine is a much easier swop you`ll won`t have to switch the cam shaft" unless your fitting it into a rag top" or sump/oil pick up
