Iv just rewired my winch and moved the solenoid from near the winch to under the bonnet i have internal winch switches but still want an external wand plug but cant think of the best place to fit it just seeing if any one had idears or where people have fitted them

What about wireless? Then you wouldn't need to worry about a plug location.
Just a thought.

Dont like wireless just my luck the battery would be flat i no i have internal switch but still want a hard wired wand

I would avoid the wireless remotes also, mine came with one and it has very little control one click and it sets the winch going for about a second or 2 no way to apply fine control.
