As of the 20th of march 2013 if an air bag light is on it is an mot failure BUT if it doesnt light up its a pass

Ok so if I fit a non-air bag steering wheel and remove the bulb it will pass?

Not shore on that as thay used to say if it was fitted from new then it had to be there i will find out
