90%?

How did you come up with that?
Only a handful or two run 33s on this forum.

What's you purpose with the Jimny? For competition-use, 33s are not advisably. 235s or 31" would be far better. If it's only for the looks, it'll be okay.

Stick to the 31'' my friend.

I have 31/10.5/15 BF KM2 with a bit of trimming with 4'' susp. lift only.

I was thinking of going to 235/85/16 but i would need genorus trimming and axle movement to the front.

If you want to do it so ever, in my opinion you sould do what a friend of mine did

Dispite the fact that he has lc axles, he uses 33'' and the axles are at the original jimny place.

And his lift is about 3''. It looks so high because of the trimming.

Another one with 235/85/16 but more discrite

It's the best but also expensive way to do it. If i remember he paid for both front and rear 800Euros.

I was led to belive that with the offroad armory 4.5 inch lift kit and with a 2 inch body lift that 33s (well 32ish) would bolt straight on with a bit of arch trimming (by which i mean trim off all the excess) and that no welding is required. Which is why i am at the stage now of trimming the rears arch and fitting the rubber extensions.

Wheel offset is what fooks you up
When steering they tyre catches the body near bottom of door , it seems most popular ways of combating this are either cut a lump out and re-plate it or move the axle forward

reaper i have grand vitara wheels on at the moment but need to space it out on 30mm spacers so now getting worried that i have to trim at the arches and being unable to weld this could be quite difficult. at the moment there not rubbing, but having just nipped out and had a look i'm a bit worried about the rear catching
