Booked my car in for a custom Longlife Stainless exhaust next Friday. :woohoo:
Not going for owt boy racerish and loud! Just pretty standard looking with straight cut exit.
Having a new cat and front pipe made as well as mines spilt.
Couple of questions.
1. If they make the exhaust exit exactly the same as the standard one will that be ok if I ever fitted a tow bar or HD rear bumper eg ORA?
2. Should I go for 2" diameter or smaller? Thinking of fitting an M16A in the future so would like it to work with that.
3. They have quoted for a 400 cell cat. Is there any benefit going for less cells?
May treat you to a little video when its done!

here's my Powerflow Stainless Steel - simply finished in 2 inch pipe (no fancy tail pipe) - got mine made a little longer to fit level with the nudge bar

Had a Powerflow system just like yours on my Samurai with a Janspeed manifold and decat. Sounded fantastic!
Is your system 2" all the way or just at the tail pipe? Have you noticed any loss in torque or increase in power?

Clearance was tight on a stock system when i fitted my towbar, when i replaced it with a pattern part it was even closer. You might need to have the exhaust place modify the hangers when the time comes or something.
