Why not answer the questions you're asked? And why not do as you're suggested? Insert the Ebay item number so we can see the correct item, price and so on.

Of course the bolts supplied are up to the job.

A Jimny has no real tow capacity, so the hardened bolts (10.9) that come with most towbars are fine... in fact 8.8 are easily enough for a jimny

the witter towbar is about the best for the jimny... but also over £200.

TBH Teds Jimny i would buy the cheapest piece of crap i could forget y witters and y thules try Towsure £82.10 job done only advice is give it a extra coat of paint before you fit it a painting on the cheap ones is rubbish.
jimny pretty much wouldnt pull a soldier of your sister and any piece of 50x50 or 40x40 RHS steel that they are made from is not going to welch with an load a jimny can muster its not like you are going to be dragging a 4 wheel car trailer around with 2 ton on it with a JimJam
