Ive sorted it mate, getting the ORA 4" corrected arms. I just cant believe how much bushes are! The polybushes can certainly suck my root! What did you do about bushes?

Bit the bullet and had ora fit me the super-pro ones :S

Think im going to get standard bushes, im hoping to get my cc bushes out of the front in 1 piece to fit to the rear. Did you sell your old radius arms?

We'd advise against using ADK/Blueprint bushes, as they don't last even a year when used on Jims that flex any more than factory...
Factory Suzuki bushes are much better, if yours are good then you'll be fine to swap them over if they ar ein good order.

I was going to sell the fronts with cc bushes but then decided to remove the bushes and put them in some spare rear arms so i can just swop them over
Getting the cc bushes out was easy enough , i got some 52mm id tube and tacked it to a large bench vice the bush sits in this nice , then got some 35mm solid bar and used this to push the bushes through
Take the metal core out first as this lets the bush squash in on its self

If you want some rear arms let me know as i will have mine spare when i put the new ones on
