Not really today, but hey...
Removed the rear seats
The floor showed some starting rust issues, so I fixed that.
Luckily it was only rusted through on 1 small spot, so I welded in a small patch
Treated all the other rust with Bilt Hamber Hydrate 80, which supposedly both converts the rust and seals it off
Then some rattle-can paint to finish it all up
I fabbed some frontrunner-style rails for floorboard to go on.
All bolted to existing mounting points
Floorboard is next...

Filled the tank and parked the 1984 SJ in winter storage. Warmish inside and easy accessible so I will visit often.

Lil Red passed its MOT with flying colours so it’s now back on the road. Well not really till next year when I officially reveal the car and its transformation in the spring.
