Can you hear a click sound from the front hubs when selecting 4H or 4L? The vac system is tempermental so many of us fit manual hubs.

Thanks for your info SuperGaz. It doesn't make a clicking sound but maybe need to think about fitting manual hubs... any idea of a rough guide to cost? Thanks you for your advice

You either have a loose pipe or a leak in the vac pipes or grease blocking the hole into the hub. Best to look in the bigjimny shop at hub adapter rings or also try jimnybits , both will have the parts required for the conversion.
