The tube to a snorkel or to the engine bay has been widely explored on here...
However has anyone thought about using one of these?
The Jimny's relatively small diff casing surely doesn't see that much air transfer... meaning we could get away with something similar if it fits the standard breather
I have even read people use a party balloon secured with a cable tie
I understand the hose pipe is easy... but there is always the risk of them getting caught and pulled off

When I first saw these on the ORA website, my first thought was that sooner or later it would get caught up and pulled off, but then would that be any more so than a hose? I don't know but my hosepipe is doing well and I have lots of it too.

Whenever I've been through water I find leaves and weed caught on everything under the car, so I dread to think what a branch under the water may so to one of these.
