TV ? as in television ? you have one of the most fun cars in the world and you want to spoil it with TV ?
Anyway, get one of the 2 DIN all-in-one chinese units and you'll have a video input. Some of the new ones have DVB-T built-in and you only need to connect the antenna, some of the older ones have a SVHS input where you can connect any video source you wish (including an external TV tuner).
Why you would want to do that, is beyond my understanding

I am planning to build some sort of holder for my NetBook now I have memory maps installed, my gps antena and 12v charger turned up today do I hope to have it all in after Xmas. As reaper has done you would be better off with a tablet appose to a tv, you can do far more and still watch stuff.
