Go to a breakers yard and find Vehicle with a factory fit sub. These are often fitted into tight spaces so very co last and easy to squeeze under seats.
Try audis, some puntos even have subs as standard, we found a Jbl sub box from a 206cc that was very long and flat, we cut the box in half, fitted one sub under each seat of my dads van, plenty of bass, much better sound quality than I was expecting! Well worth a look into and Much improved sound for the cost.

It will you just need a hi low converter, just connect the rear speaker wires to it and it converts the signal to rca and then run that to the amp

Fitted one of these in a VW camper.. granted more space than a jimny but a good little unit and fairly compact.. don't need to screw it down either just make sure its not touching something solid like a seat rail ..
this unit works best with a pioneer head unit but does has a separate wired remote so it can work on its own.

Realised today that I'm not the brightest one. This was tricky, and I would sure appreciate some help from you guys
It stands in the manual that i shall connect the yellow lead....
..from the sub to a power supply from the fuse box.
Is this the fuse box? Found it under the steering while.
Where is the input, or am I missing something?
Further on, I feel that the info on the blue wire isn´t saying the same as the manual.
Am I missing some connectors here or some iq?
The manual tells me to connect the wire to the fuse box, but the label tells me to connect it to the head unit.
Finally, how should I connect the sound-wires?
My head unit from Alpine has a RCA output, maybe it´s easiest to buy a rca cord with male/male.
This is the available inputs on the head unit:
Again, big thanks if anyone could help me.

looks like the yellow lead is simply a power supply as it's fused (blade fuse housing - check there;s a fuse inside)
simply connect to the battery or a power supply point
I think
