LUK can be obtained via most motor factors and are known to be very good quality, otherwise I have had good experiences with QH on both a Nova GTE I built and my old SJ, which used to get slipped a bit off road - the SJ clutch that is, the Nova was never much good off road as I lowered it etc!

I used a blue print clutch in my jimny. Not had any problems with it and I have given it a fair bit of abuse off road! Only cost my £41 from euro car parts. I was quite surprised when it turned up and it was a full blue print kit. I was expecting a reconditioned cheap as you like unit with no slave!
Not sure what these retail at for the general public as I got my trade discount!

i've just recently had this issue as the topic i posted entailed
it cost me £150 labour and i've just paid £95 for my exedy clutch posted i cant comment on the clutch currently as its getting fitted on thursday but hopefully i've made the right decision, but only time will tell,
i was going for a paddle clutch but i've decided to put the excess money towards a rocklobster instead to try reduce clutch where when using off road
