If it doesn't, then you don't have the remote locking module and you need to install one.

Alas it doesn't, just two plain keys, one coded to work the ignition and the other uncoded which is a bit useless.
Need to order a new key as my coded one has a crack in it, shouldn't be Tom pricey without a remote.

You can get a plain uncut, uncoded key, with out remote buttons from eBay for £15 posted, it's getting it programmed that cost a few quid...
