I bought one of these Rotator Ratchets in 3/8th drive a couple of years ago and have found them to be quite handy. Yesterday I had to reach up about 800mm on my 46 Morris 8 to do up a nut at the top of the grille. Any other method required the removal of the radiator to get at the nut. With the rotator (or twist ratchet) I was able to slip a pipe over the rotator and do up the nut in situ, saving me heaps of time and labour. They are great for really tight spots when you can't move a conventional ratchet driver, plus they have the conventional ratchet driver ability. Recommended.

The Youtube video is of a different brand to mine but the action is the same.
