Oh my.......
So I guess all jimnys have a little rust issue then so it's not just mine lol but thanks for the pics guys and good jobs too, ill show you mine when I'm finished

The difference between mine and yours Marky is that yours is welded from above and below, I cant get the hang of welding upside down yet so I filled the 'rag' with sikaflex

cant wait. enjoy getting burnt, back ache,cutting your self and stressed just make shore its clean enought to eat off make cardboard templated take your time a it will be a good job i do it cos i enjoy it but some times i think why am i doing this sh*t lol

only the boot floor is welded from above the black bit was done as i sat but what do you have trouble with welding up side down
but it does look like you need to slow the wire down and instead of pulling the trigger and just moving it along try do it in eeeeees swirl motion but if thats what you did then just thurn the wire speed down
