Hi all have a problem, I recently replaced my front fan belts on my m13a and now there is a very noticeable whirring sound coming from the power steering an ac compressor side, I replaced both my tensioner and ac clutch bearing but it is still there, the noise will go away if a pour water or spray wd40 on to the top of the belt (not the ribbed side) but will come back again after 5 or so minutes.

It will stay there once it appears and wont go away unless I spray it, I even cleaned the pulley face and gave it a light rub back to remove the glossy finish from the belt rolling over it?

Any ideas of what it could be as I'm at a complete loss of what to do now
