suzuki jimny 2008 onwards. needs mods. was created by drsuzuki
Hi there,
I've just registered and am looking for some info, before I buy my first jimmy.
I'm wanting to buy and do some simple mods to improve on road stability and guarantee reliability.
Am going to export it to Pakistan, hence must be not more than 5 years old.
Thinking about setting up a clinic for poor over there, need reliability as not many garages etc.
Jimny available there but very basic.. no airbags, abs, or leccy windows.
Want to upgrade rear brakes, 2 inch lift, brake hose extenders and want to improve engine bhp.
Roads are poor there, potholes everywhere. Want strong axles and reliability a must. Need all protection for gearbox, diff etc.
Am at a loss where to start...
Some helpful tips on where and how to get started on this.
I would value your advice.
Cheers guys,
Dr Suzuki.

I must add that roads in Pakistan prone to flooding. Snorkel would be good. Axle breathers? In total cost must be not more than 12000 inc. Cost of buying a good 2008,jimny. By that I mean less than20000 miles. I would like ability to off-road a bit.
