If you flick through a few pages, most of their argument is you can't tow, and they have poor load space.
neither of which affect it's OFF-ROAD ability.
They keep banging on about power ( or lack of in our case), I'm tempted to join that forum and point out that a jimny has a better BHP/tonne ratio than a v8 Disco
Also they keep saying you could get an old rangie for a grand, yea a rotton POS that does 7 MPG, good one!! AND apparently you can't easily mend a jimny, there a peice of piss to work on!!

Parents drive a Freelander2... great comfortable car, but its spent a lot of time at LR being fixed... My Jimny being the run around while the freelander towbar was programmed 4 TIMES
