A jimmy always runs nice
. Thought mine is a pavement princess with 225/60 tire profile it does not struggle and they are way more clearance to brakes and lighter also as there is less Tire and more rim, mine are like 28" street tire btw my jimmy is vvti

Changing to 16's only give more clearance if you go bigger tires.
Other wise they will be the same diameter
If all you want it more clearance then just go bigger tires on the 15' wheels as it can be harder to get small mud tires in 16"
I went to 16's as i went to landrover size tires and worked out cheaper than equivelant in 15'

Or you could get some adapter/spacers and use landrover wheels

Yes that's true, really harder to find, I don't worry as I have other set of rims with mud three wich I don't need as I never get stuck, nothing hardcovers thought

The only reason to change to 16" wheels is if its easier/cheaper to get the diameter of tires you want otherwise its pointless.
