Easy to remove the roof liner...

Take all the side plastics, handles, sunvisors and mirror off.

Put a fan heater inside the car and leave it until its like the Sahara in there, this looses the glue thats in a wavy line enough to make it come away pretty easy :-)

As you can see from Kiethy's picture above, there is no factory sound deadening material in there at all.
