Just joined so thought I should say hi.
Picked up a Jimny at the weekend. The guy is (was) on this forum so you'll know the car.
It's a good spec but needs a wee bit tlc.
I've got a problem with the tbox. I'm told it might be repairable but in case it's not I've had a look for a replacement. There are some on ebay but from a different year. Is there any problem with fitting a 2003 tbox to my 1998.
Cheers
Neil

Hi Like the truck particlarly the pick up back B) Tried to buy a ex Kap pick up before I bought this one but he wouldn't move on the price. :(
if you need a new transfer box go the whole hog and get a rocklobster, it let your truck crawl at slower than walking speed - it was one of the main reasons I bought mine. :cheer:

I agree with the Rocklobster theory - especialy with those size tyres!!!

If you do get a new Jimny transfer box, they did change over the years as some are electronic 4x4 selection and others are manual. Yours obviously is manual as you have no buttons to press to go into 4x4. Look at CAM Suzuki's Ebay shop.
