where can i get a 81mm drill bit or what ever you cut the hole with . i dnt know what to look for ???:S

i can get hold of a 80mm would it be ok with a 1mm out ?

Its a Holecutter your after, one thats capable of cutting steel. i used an 85mm one as that's all I had, was fine.

i got a 86mm hole cutter in the end . but thought it would of been to big . so i drilled about 50 holes around and and then file the sharp edges done the trick
. what did you all use to paint the edges after cutting ?. and what sealant for the snorkel fitting to the air box ???. wil post sum pics tomorrow of the snorkel fitted and the fitting holes
